This blend co-formulates the GHRH-analogue / GH-secretagogue pairing most frequently studied together in the growth-hormone-axis research literature. CJC-1295 without DAC (Modified GRF 1-29) is a synthetic GHRH analogue comprising the first 29 amino acids of GHRH with four stabilising substitutions, characterised at the GHRH receptor. Ipamorelin is a synthetic pentapeptide characterised by Raun et al. (1998) as the first selective growth-hormone secretagogue at the ghrelin/GHS receptor. The two act at complementary receptors and are frequently combined in preclinical protocols; supplying both in one vial at matched strengths removes the need to reconstitute and handle two separate preparations. Supplied for in-vitro research use only.
The above describes how these compounds are characterised in the published peer-reviewed literature. It is not a claim about effects in humans.
The CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin Blend is supplied as a lyophilised (freeze-dried) powder in a sealed glass vial. For laboratory reconstitution, add the desired volume of diluent (typically bacteriostatic water) slowly down the side wall of the vial. Swirl gently until fully dissolved - do not vortex or shake. Store reconstituted solutions at 2–8 °C and use within 4–6 weeks.
Use our Reconstitution Volume Calculator to compute the resulting mg/ml concentration. Note that a 5 mg / 5 mg vial reconstituted in 2 ml yields 2.5 mg/ml of each component.
| State | Temperature | Shelf life |
|---|---|---|
| Lyophilised | 2–8 °C or −20 °C | Up to 24 months |
| Reconstituted | 2–8 °C | 4–6 weeks typical |
Every batch of the CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin Blend we supply is independently HPLC-verified by Janoshik Analytical, with each component tested separately before blending. Where a Janoshik report has been issued for the current batch it is supplied with the order and carries a unique verification key that can be authenticated against Janoshik's records. Reported purity is consistently above 99%.
